IV. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

The Firm will not provide any third parties with any personal information that you provide us without your prior consent, unless permitted or required in accordance with the APPI or other related laws and regulations.

V. Security Management of Personal Information

The Firm will properly manage personal information through the operation system and employee training in the Firm and will take precautionary measures against leakage, loss, or damage of personal information.

VI. Request of Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use of Personal Information
